The Institute of Company Secretaries of India comprise of four regional councils each comprising of various chapters.
Delhi comes under the Northern India Regional Council.

Since you have qualified +2 level of examination, you will have to enroll for the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course which will be latyer followed by Executive Program, Professional Program and Management Training.
