Poonam this side i have given my final yr b.com (pass) exams from s.o.l(d.u).
and results are awaited . I would like to know whether i am elligible or not for cs exam .Or the cs entrance exam is on the basis of graduation marks. when would cs entrance exam will take place & from where i would get the application form.please reply me as soon as possible.

After Completing your B.com ( pass) you can enroll in Company Secretary Course that's So in Second level as Graduate / post graduate students are eligible to skip the first level and apply in Executive level (Second level ) of the course.




There is no minimum marks requirement in Company Secretary Course, you should have minimum passing marks in Bachelor Degree and must not have any back log in any paper while apply in Executive level of CS.

You have to register your self with ICSI (which regulate the course in entire India )for Executive level.

You can register online or buy prospectus from it's centers.It has it's Center and Head office in Delhi .

So , you can buy the prospectus from it,s Delhi Centers/ head Office.
