Re: How many seats are available for general category in SCRA exam?
Special Class Railway apprentice examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission examination.
10+2 passed or appearing candidates from PCM subjects group from a recognized board can apply for the exam. The age limit is 17-21 years on the first August of the year of examination. The notification is generally released in October of every year and examination is conducted in the month of January of every year. 2015 SCRA exams are over now. For more details about SCRA, lclick here. No, its not too easy to crack this exam as vacancies are very less and number of candidates are very large but nothing is impossible in this world if you do preparation with hard labour and good will power. Number of seats are changed every year for general candidates. For example in 2015 there were total 42 seats in SCRA exam and for general category it was 22. So you should wait for the notification of 2016. |
