Pali Language is a regional language and hence this language will not be available in any college, If you are interested to learn this language then you need to join any tuition or coaching center which will be giving training of Pali language. Also you can take help of internet and friend to get command on Pali language. There is no other shortcut except hard labor and hence you must have to give some extra time to learn this language soon.
