Common Proficiency Test is not among the easiest entrance test and therefore, it is not possible to qualify without putting sufficient effort into it.
Like any other standard entrance test, For Common Proficiency Test too, you need to thoroughly follow the syllabus of each subject. You can not afford to avoid any topic of any subject and hence, you need to spend enough time for its preparation.
The test comprise of 200 marks and to qualify it, you will have to score a minimum of 100 marks, i.e.50%. Now, to obtain 50% marks, you will obviously need to work hard, give sufficient time for its preparation and above all, you must give your 100% into it.

The test is based on the following subjects:
Fundamental of Accounting
Mercantile Law
Quantitative Aptitude
General Economics

Hello Friend
you are eligible for CPT as Age does not matter in CA-CPT.
You have to registered with ICAI for CPT before 1st Octomber to apeear in December Exam.
