In sbi clerk exam there will be 40 questions from general awareness. You need to get a minimum of 40% to qualify for that section. Keep this in mind that while answering the questions from this section, answer the questions that you know exactly otherwise there are the chances for the reduction in marks because of this negative marking. This month 16 and 23 rd are the two days on which sbi clerk is going to be conducted.

To prepare for this general awareness, it should not be done on a single day. It should be possible by regular preparation. In this section, the questions will mainly from the following aspects

2) national affairs
3) bilateral affairs
4) sports
5) persons in news
6)awards
7) science & technology
8)economic affairs
9) recent mergers and acquisitions of last6 months and better if it is last 1 year.

For general awareness you should watch tv news channel regularly and you could read some good news paper also . Pd is best magazine for preparation of general knowledge .and you could take help from internet also for gaining knowledge of general knowledge.
