Sir, i am student of 12th class and tomorrow i have exam of kvpy so how can i prepare for exam in very short time please give me some tips.

can i get the dates of exam when these will be held in 2011 or 2012

My daughter is now in 9th standard. She wish to appear for kvpy-sp in 11th Standard. What project she should select especially in astronomy? What is the face of projects? Where should I get guidance about projects?

see being an astrophysicist i would say,its the field i am happy she thought to choose about. but the project needs to be of kvpy level.she can have some star sky maps and atlases and a good telescope (refractor /reflector type) she can keep wandering for months and when she finds a celestrial object away from one listed in the lists,maps and atlases,she should note it's location down (in terms of degrees and minutes) keep a track of it for a few more months..this shall be a new discovery and oviously beyond kvpy as well..or she can investigate few physical theories and design experiments to contradict or even modify it..this shall also be good

Its very easy exam u just have to keep uor basic clear and read and solve ncert book which will be useful for u to get good marks in exam
