West Bengal LDC (Lower Division Clerk) Exam is conducted by WB SSC (West Bengal Staff Selection Commission) to recruit various posts under Lower Division Clerk.

WB LDC Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) exam of west bengal board of education or its equivalent.
- You must have computer knowledge with typing speed 20 WPM (English) and 10 WPM (Bengali).
- Your age should be between 18 to 40 years on 1st January of the examination year. Age Relaxation available 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST.

Preparation Tips For WB LDC Exam
- Know, Understand and Analyze the syllabus and exam pattern.
- Make a time table for preparation and follow it without fail.
- Concentrate on study and left the unnecessary activity, party, function, programme.
- Prepare from whole range of books which are available for preparation.
- Start preparation topic by topic. Revise each topic after completion of it and Make a note of important points, formula and shortcuts.
- Solve previous asked questions from prepared topics.
- For better preparation, Join the coaching which are specialized in SSC training.
- You must practice lots of on grammar to gain good score in language section.
- Attempt more and more mock test and Analyze where you are in preparation and improve your mistakes.

WB LDC Exam Pattern

Part I (100 Questions, 100 Marks, 1 Hour 30 Minutes)
- English : 30 Marks
- General Studies : 40 Marks
- Arithmetic : 30 Marks

Part II (100 Questions, 100 Marks, 1 Hour)
- Group A : English (50 Marks)
- Group B : Hindi/Bengali/Urdu/Nepali (50 Marks)

Application Procedure
- Go to site : www.wbssc.gov.in
- Click on "Online Application"
- Click on latest advertisement of "Lower Division Clerk Recruitment".
- Read the instruction carefully and Click on "Apply Online".
- As a new user, Click on "New User Registration".
- Fill the basic details for registration and Click on "Submit" button.
- Login with Registration Number and Password.
- Fill the required details in application form.
- Upload scanned photo and signature in specified size and format.
- Make a payment of application fees.
- Take a printout of application form for your reference.
