How to pursue engineering after failing 12th?
i failed my 12th is there any chance to persue engineering is there any college to do so.......

No, it is impossible to join engineering degree with out completing 12th class studies. Also, you must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in HSC. Score obtained in national level or state level entrance test are considered for admission. IIT JEE, AIEEE, WB JEE, etc are some of such entrance exams. Try to complete your backlog papers at the earliest and then look for engineering degree.
