how to qualify tgt or pgt exam to fullfill teaching job requirement.

please tell me teaching jobs after Bsc

First of all you need to be a post graduate if you wish to qualify for PGT. Those who have completed graduation can apply for TGT. Also you need to have a B.Ed degree. It is desirable to have teaching experience too. The experience should be in the same subject as studied in post graduation. Also knowledge in the computer operation will be an added advantage.

For pgt or tgt exam,a person who scores 60% or more is considered as pass.
The school managers may consider giving concessions to persons belonging to SC/ST/OBC,differently abled persons etc in accordance with their extant reservation policy.They also give weightage to the tgt scores in the recruitment process;however qualifying the exam would not confer a right on any person for recruitment /employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.

To qualify for TGT(Trained Graduate Teacher) there are some eligible criteria as below.....

You need to complete 4-years integrated course(which ever the subject it may concern) with minimum of 50 % of marks.....

And the age limit is minimum of 21 years and no upper limit......


Eligibility for PGT are:-


1)2 Years integrated Post Graduate M.Sc from Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or Master’s Degree from a recognized university with atleast 50%marks in aggregate in the concerned subject.

2)B.Ed or Equivalent qualification from recognized university

TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher.
This exam conducted by upmsscb Allahabad

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-------------

Nationality:-----------

The candidate should be citizen of India.

Educational Qualification:--------------------

The candidate should complete the graduation from any recognized university.

There is no need to minimum percentage of marks.

Age limit:---------------------

The candidate minimum age limit is 21 years and no upper age limit for this exam.
