The only way to Get your admit card number either is from Prospectus or Acknowledgement card.

or even you can contact to Officer-in-Charge Admissions,Admission Cell,Armed Forces Medical College,Sholapur Road, Pune - 411040,Telephone Number: 020 - 26334209,Fax Number: 020 - 26334236

Use above phone number to contact to that person and tell your Problem to them they will search your name and DOB . according to which you can get your status of your AFMC Results.

By the way the results of AFMC is attached with this you can download to check your Roll number(if you get by yourself)
