hi sir. I have completed my bds from india. Want to go to australia. So kindly let me know about the courses there which I can go through, its fees structure and if any job opportunities present

will complete my internship next year after which i plan to get married and migrate to the US, please suggest how can i still pursue my studies there after completing my BDS from india.
