Dear Friend

The entrance test for all IIMs is common ie Common Admission Test and popularly known as CAT.
From past few years CAT has been switched to online examination followed by a GD and PI.
The application for CAT examination has been already started.
You will have to to purchase the application voucher from axis bank and then follow the official website to get registered. (visit: http://www.catiim.in/)
The CAT 2010 vouchers can be obtained from selected Axis Bank branches between Monday, 30 August - Monday, 4 October 2010 for Rs. 1400/- (Rs. 700/- for SC/ST candidates)

Inorder to enter into an IIM you need to take the CAT exam. The exam usually deals with problem solving, verbal ability, reading comprehension, logical reasoning and data interpretation. The no of questions and pattern keep changing. It is no more a paper based test. You can find more details on the same at http://www.catiim.in/

CAT Registration starts nearly about 1st Week of September, and as you ask about entrance question paper cat has turn into online exam which have 20 days window. so there is not any question paper available of last 2 years.

IIMc entrance exam is known as CAT the paper pattern of the exam is as follows:-
there three section in CAT Exam

1. Quantitative

2. Verbal & logical

3. Data interpretation abilities

The duration of the test is 2 hours and 30 minutes including initial 15 minute tutorial. there is no breaks between the test.

application procedure:
