It is a software based company. The recruitment consist of aptitude and HR interview.

The first round consist of
Aptitude
Logical reasoning
Programming
Communication skills

There is not any specific criteria.
But generally in interviews there are 3 rounds .
First round has MCQ's in which technical & general aptitude questions are asked.
Second round has Group discussion on Technical or Non technical topics.
Thirdly there will be HR round.

Be clear with the concepts...


Format depends a lot on which post are you appling & whether it is through campus placement or Walk-ins.Also it depends on the post for which you may be appling & your field of education.

Refer some general aptitude books,it will hepl you.

and your english language skills.
if you get through this round then they will call you for the interview.
in this round they will purely concentrate on your technical skills. they will ask questions on your subjects and programming languages etc
in HR they will check your communication skills and about your personality.
