At this point of time, its not possible to provide you the tentative dates for the upcoming National Eligibility Test because the notification is yet to be published by University Grant Commission.
Once the dates are finalized, it will be made available for aspiring candidates on the official website of University Grant Commission.
The online application forms will be available on www.ugcnetonline.in
This particular website provides all necessary information regarding the National Eligibility Test including Syllabus of the test, Previous year question papers etc.

Since you are willing to apply for Management Paper, make sure that you have qualified your masters degree program in Management with a minimum of 55% marks.

Firstly I have to Informed you that, the Notification of this year June NET Examination was Not declared yet.

And for Previous year December NET Examination was also Completed.

~~ If you are Interested in NET Examination, then please wait for the Notification, I Hope the Notification will be Published soon in the Month of April 2012, When the Notification will declared it will be updated in the official website.

~~ Eligible candidates may fill the NET Application form Online.

~~ But Before apply Online, you have to download the Challan form from the official website and then pay the fees in SBI Bank through Challan form.

~~ The Examination fees of NET Examination is Rs 450.

If you have completed your Post graduate degree course with Minimum 55% Marks from a recognised University then you are eligible to apply for this year NET Examination.

I think UGC conducts exam twice in a year & this year june 2012 notification is still to come.so be aware till further notification.Apply it online thru UGC official site...gud luck.
