CS could refer to may thing like civil service, computer science, company secretary etc.
Assuming that you want to know about the Company Secretary course, I would like to tell you that the registration for the course can be done any time throughout the year.
After qualifying +2 level of exam, you will be eligible to register for the Foundation Program, which s followed by Executive and Professional Program.
The examination of the Foundation Program is conducted twice a year and depending upon the date of registration, you will b eligible to write the exam.
If you enroll before 31st March, you will be eligible to write the exam conducted in the month of December and if you enroll between 31st March and 30th September, you will be eligible to write the examination conducted in the month of June next year.
