pl. give me list of colleges offerring LLB courses thru correspondance in PUNE

hi,
The corresponding course of LAW is not approve by the Bar council of India. If you want to become advocate in India then you join the regular course of LLB.
After completing the Law through corresponding you will not allowed to practice in the Indian court.

There is not a single college in India, forget about Pune, that will offer you LLB course through correspondence or distance education. The fact is that LLB is not allowed to be offered through correspondence.

You can only pursue it through regular mode. Now you may have seen distance education institutes offering law degree. These degrees are not LLB and neither accepted by the Bar Council of India.

Since Bar Council of India does not recognize such degrees, there is no possibility of practicing in India as lawyer if you completed any such degree.

So the bottom line is that you will have to complete LLB through regular mode. For 3 years LLB course you should have completed graduation while for the 5 years LLB course, your qualification should be 12th pass.

The 3 years LLB course is not offered by as wide range of colleges as it used to be. Still there are plenty of colleges in India that are still offering 3 years LLB course. Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University are couple of examples.

If you are looking for colleges in Pune then consider Balaji Law College or the ILS Law College. Government Law College in Mumbai is also a good option that you can consider.


LLB Eligibility

1. You should need to complete graduation.

2. 45 to 50 percent marks are required.

3. There is 5% relaxation for SC/ST.

4. In DU there is no percentage criteria for SC/ST.

5. Upper age limit is 30 years for the course.

6. Relaxation of 5 years is given to SC/ST.

in india there is no college which have a llb correspondence curriculum , as it is not approved by bar council of india ,

llb can be pursued only by regular mode, but some colleges have correspondence llb courses, as it is not approved by bar council of india you cannot practise as a lawyer in india,

so go for llb with a regular college

if you have just passed 12th then you can go 5 year llb course, or if you are graduate then go for 3 yr llb course

eligibility of llb :

1.must have completed graduation
2.must have scored 45-50%
3.5% relaxation for sc/st
4.upper age is 30 years
5.5 year relaxation allowed to sc/st candidate

Note : As per your query , i have provided you the list of colleges offering LLB Course through Correspondence mode but i just want to tell you that there will be no value of the LLB degree that you get from these colleges through Correspondence because the Bar Council Of India does not approve LLB Course through Course.

So , If you get the degree through this mode then its totally a wastage of time and nothing more as you are not going to become a Lawyer or practice Law.

Hi,

There are many colleges that offer LLB course through correspondence, but it will not be useful for you, as BAR COOUNCIL OF INDIA does not approve it.

So, it is better that you do it through a regular mode.
