I want to tell you one thing that you got very poor percentage

at 10th level so with this thing you can not join very good or top ranking univ.

or colleges.But you can do automobile engineering as diploma. so I suggest you

some colleges or universties which provide diploma of automobile....................

How many fees in automobile engineering diploma
