sir i was born on 6.9.1994.due to some mental problem all my efforts to sit for h.s exam went in vain in 2013 and 2014.but now i have recovered up from these problems and have decided to sit for 2016 h.s exam.so ;Can i sit for 2016 wbjee medical exam???

Eligibility Criteria for WBJEE 2016 :-----------

Candidates must have cleared 12th standard examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or Equivalent from a recognized university at least 45% marks (40% ST/SCPWD/OBC )
Candidates must be citizen of Indian
Candidates must be 17 years old as on or before 31st December, 2016
For marine engineering must not be more than 25 years as on 31st December
Candidates must have citizenship of West Bengal .

Important Dates for WBJEE 2016 :-

Online Registration form starts - December 2015
Last date of submitting form - February 2016
WBJEE 2016 Examination Date - April 2016

As per age criteria, you are eligible for WBJEE 2016 exam because your age is above 17 years.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks from a recognized university with PCB subject are eligible for WBJEE 2016 exam.

Your age must be above 17 years.

WBJEE(West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam) is conducted for admission in Engineering In West Bengal State.Your B.O.D is 06.09.1994 that mean your age is 20 years.So , you are eligible for WBJEE as per Age Limit Criteria.If you have satisfied other eligibility criteria , then you can appear in WBJEE 2016.

- You must have passed (10+2) in science stream with PCM as a main subjects with atleast 45% (For general category) & 40% (for SC/ST) excepting Jadavpur & Culcutta University.For Jadavpur & Culcutta University , You must have 60% (for General) & 55% (for SC/ST).
- You must have atleast 30% marks in English subject.

Age Limit
- You should be more than 17 years on 31st December of the Examination year.

According to WBJEE Medical 2016 Eligibility criteria, candidates must be an Indian citizen and have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before december 2016

To appear for the WBjee-West Bengal Jiont Entrance Examination ,there is no age limit if you want to go for the courses other than marine engineering.
For appearing in WBjee candidate must completed his 10+2 with 45%(40% for sc/st/pwd);with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with chemistry/biotechnology/biology/engineering drawing/computer science) as optional subjects.
The candidate must have 30% marks in english(for all category).
The candidate age must be atleast 17years and no age bar for courses other than marine engineering.

WBJEE 2016 Eligibility

- Citizenship : Applicant must be a citizen of India.

Age Restriction :

1. Engineering/Technology (other than Marine Engineering). pharmacy, and Architecture courses : Candidates must be atleast 17 years of age as on 31.12.2016. There is no upper age limit WBS scholarship.

2. Marine Engineering: candidates must be atleats 17 years and must not be more than 25 years of age as on 31.07.2016 as per guidelines of appropriate authority.

3. Medical/Dental courses: candidates must be atlaest 17 years and there is no upper age limit.

Yes you can sit for 2016 WBJEE medical examination if you qualify below details.

Following candidates can sit in WBJEE exam --->
* Candidate must have qualified JEE Mains rank exam.
* Candidate must be at least of 17 year of age to qualify the examination.
* There is no upper age limit for this exam.
* Candidate must be the usual resident of W.B or must have valid domicile certificate.
