what is the minimum age limit for appearing the exam in the 10th class of cbsc.what is the minimum age for apprearing year 2016

First of all I would like to inform you that its CBSE not CBSC. According to my knowledge and information extracted from the internet as per CBSE is fixed for 10th exam. In further search I got some supreme court judgement where they have mentioned that the minimum age for appearing high school exam is 14. So according to it for appearing in 2016 you must born in atleat 2002or earlier.

My daughter date of birth IS 06 04 2012 can I admit. Her in lkg there will be any problem in 10 class.
