what is the minimum age limit for scc cleark exam ...please tell me the age limit of it

SSC will conduct written examination for all over India at examination centre selected by candidates in prescribed application form. Selection method will be on two stage, first written examination, candidates who qualify in the exam will call for skill test in data entry typing is to be administered on computer only

Qualification : 12th
Age Limit : 18-27 Years

For conduct the exam of SSC you have given limitations
1. you must be pass 12th.
2. your age between 16-19yr

SSC will organize written examination every year for various posts.Here I'm giving you the details of SSC CLERK below.

Academic Qualification :The candidate must pass the 12th standard from recognized board.There is no such marks limitation.

Age Limit :The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 27 years.[SC/ST candidate will get 5 year age relaxation and OBC will get 3 years age relaxation]

- Candidates should have age limit within 18 to 27 years.

- For OBC candidates has relaxation for 3 years

- For SC/ST candidates has relaxation for 5 years.

SSC Clerk Exam Age Limit:

Candidate min age limit is 18 years.

Candidate max age limit is 27 years.

Upper age relaxation is applicable for other categories.

3 years for OBC Candidates.

5 years relaxation for SC/ST Candidates.

10 years for PWD Candidates.

The age limit for SSC Clerk level examination is 18 to 27 years for General Category candidates.

For other categories age relaxation is available which is as follows:

SC/ST Category - 5 years

OBC Category - 3 years

Physically Handicapped - 10 years

So if you have age according to above then surely you can apply for it.

The examination is known as SSC CHSL for Lower Division Clerks and you should be 10+2 passed for it.

The selection will be based in the performance in the Objective Type paper and skill test.

The paper will have questions from General Knowledge, Reasoning, English and Maths.

If you clear cut off marks in the exam then only you will be called for skill test.

The skill test will test you typing speed and you have to pass this test to get the job.

Exam will consists of two papers

1. Short Essay.

2. A. Language (General English or General Hindi) - 50 marks.

There will be negative marking in Paper II. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
