Re: Minimum GMAT Score required to qualify?
dear friend
There is no minimum requirement of GMAT, a high score does not guarantee admission and a lower score does not necessarily eliminate an applicant. The average score is 680, with 80% being between 610 - 750. So, just score more than 680, if you want to get admission in good universities. So, prepare well for this exams and score good marks, then definately you will get admission in good universities. |

Re: Minimum GMAT Score required to qualify?
Dear friend,
There are no specific number of marks to qualify for GMAT. The more you score, the more chances for you to join in popular MBA programmes. Anyway If you score 500-570score, you are in 37-50 percentile With 570-630scoer, you are in 61-75 percentile With 630-720score, you are in 79-90 percentile with 720 or better score you are in 96-99 percentile. In 2008 Some popular MBA programs and their average GMAT scores are 1. Standford university 780 2. Harvard university 707 3.Cornell university 670 4.Georgetown 655 5.Pittusburg 620 If you want to join in top 10 B-schools you should score a minimum of 700 All the best |

Re: Minimum GMAT Score required to qualify?
GMAT score are only a part of your application process, if your application is strong in other aspects you may get admission with some lower scores too, at the same time higher scores would definitely help ... so try to score above 700 .. its a really good score,
and in addition write your SOP's yourself only DO NO COPY... it should be genuine with your personal touch. since you are still in college work towards your acads and do some good extracuricullar stuff. They make a positive difference. wishes diego |
