Respected Sir/Madam, I am preparing for NDA entrance exam. I just want to know that what is the minimum marks needed to qualify in this entrance exam. Kindly let me know about the minimum marks asap. Thank you!

You have to score 25% in every subject means 75 marks in maths and 150 marks in GAT

NDA stands for National Defense Academy. This examination is conducted by UPSC every year. NDA has three wings: Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM as a main paper from a recognized board.

2. Candidate age must be 16.5 to 19.5 years.

3. Candidate must be an unmarried male candidate.

There is no qualifying percentage. The list of qualified candidates is declared by UPSC as per the cut off.

There is no minimum percentage criteria for applying NDA exam.

The basic eligibility requirements for applying to the NDA exam are mentioned below:

- The nationality should be Indian.
- The age limit should be between 16.5 - 19.5 years.
- There is age relaxation given for reservation candidates based on the government rules.
- The educational qualification required is a 10+2 or its equivalent education in PCM subjects from any recognised board.
- There is no minimum percentage requirement but it will be better if you score 50% or more than 50% in your 12th class level education.
- The candidate should be physically & mentally fit.

NDA entrance exam consists of Written Exam and then SSB Interview. There is no such specific criteria for passing Written Exam.
As per previous written exam records, if you get at least 40% marks in Mathematics and 60% marks in General Studies, then you can qualify Written Exam. To qualify SSB Interview, you must be prepared well because that is the hard stage.

NDA stands for National Defense Academy and for joining the same needs to qualify NDA entrance examination held by UPSC twice every year.

The minimum education required for appearing in the same examination is a higher secondary school degree in any discipline from a recognized board of education. Further, to join Indian Navy or Indian Air force wing of NDA one is required to have studied Mathematics and Physics at their Class 12th level.

As mentioned above, there is no requirement of minimum percentage of marks to be secured in Class 12th for appearing in the same examination.

Minimum marks to be scored in the Nda entrance exam is 342 out of 900 with 25% marks in each subjects seperately.
