hi..when you say an multinational companies (MNC) then you are referring to the companies that are managing there operation or productions or there service delivery in more than one country ,in fact there is an clear definition of an multinational company according to the international labor operation ,it says that "an MNC is an company which has there operational headquarters based in one country with several other operating branches based in different countries ".also the country in which the headquarter of that company is locates is known as the headquarters and the countries in which the various branches are located are known as the host countries .
