Dear, Sir i passed 10+2 from science stream and my date of birth is 01.04.1992 i want to give NDA entrance exam so can i give NDA (II) 2011

Hello......For writing NDA exam your age should be between 17 1/2 and 19 years but you will turn 19 on 1st April.
So you can neither apply for NDA I nor NDA II.

Important dates :

Date of Notification : 09/April/2011

Last date for Receipt of Application : 09/May/2011

Date Of Examination : 21/Aug/2011

Age Limits :

Only unmarried male candidates their 16 1/2 - 19 Yrs and Born not Earlier than 2nd July,1993 and not later than 1st Jan,1996 are Eligible.

For Army :

The candidate must have a passed 12th with 10+2 Pattern of School Education Or Equivalent Examination.

For Air force and Naval Academy :

The candidate must have a passed 12th with 10+2 Pattern of School Education Or Equivalent Examination with Physics and Mathematics.

So,According to Age limits,You are not Eligible for NDA Exam.

date of NDA-1 exam is 17-04-1994
and date of nda-2 is 20 august 2011

as your birthday is 12-03-1993 , and this means you will turn 18 in march 2012
as according to rule candidate having age b/w 16-19 can apply.
so i will say that you can apply for nda-1 paper

this means you will turn to 18 on 11-06-1994.
as eligibility for nda test is 16-19 then i will say that you are for 2012 nda-2 exam.

By the time of 2012, your age will be 19 (if I am not wrong).

Normally, NDA exam is held twice in a year in the month of April and September.

So at the time of exam, your age will be 19+.

But according to eligibility criteria...

The candidate should be between 16-1/2 to 19 years of age.

So you do not fit in the criteria and you will not be eligible for NDA 2012.

ABOUT NDA EXAMINATION -

NDA Examination was conducted by UPSC every year 2 times.

The examination was held in June And December every year, First in April And then in August, The Notification was published every year in the employment newspaper or in the UPSC official website.

But to apply for NDA Examination you have to complete your 12Th examination from a recognised university and your age should between 16.5 to 19 years.

And Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1993 and not later than 1st January, 1996 are eligible. But you are born earlier than July 1993, So you are not eligible for NDA Examination, So please apply for other examination and for more information please visit the UPSC Official website OR Read the given notification -

dates for NDA & Naval Academy Exam is 21st Aug, 2011 for admission in Army, navy, and Force.
Qualification require:

The age eligibility criteria is 17 -19 for NDA Exams. so accordingly you can appear in the NDA Exam. The date for NDA Exam is 21st Aug, 2011

NDA exam is very demanding these days...
NDA examination was conducted by UPSC every year 2times...
the eligibility criteria for this exam is given bellow...
ELIGIBILITY:
To apply for NDA examination you hav to complete your 12th stranded examination from a recognized school. and your age should be b/w 16.5-19 years...

The NDA examination is conducted for admission in Army of Air Force.
To apply for the NDA examination one has to be class 12th passed and his age should be within 16.5 to 19 years of age.

You are eligible in every aspect except the age.Your age is not under 19.So, you are not eligible to apply for the NDA examination.

Hello, sorry but you can't as your age will exceed 19 years and you will not be eligible.
But never mind, if you really want to join the Army and serve your nation, go for CDS in the final year of your graduation.

after 10+2 for NDA exam , the age criteria is 16.5 to 19 years.

But your date of birth is 1-4-1992 , this is above 19 years. So you are not eligible for NDA exam now.

After completion of your graduation you are eligible for NDA exam.

The new pattern for NDA is
Nationality
A candidate must either be :

(i) a citizen of India, or

(ii) a subject of Bhutan, or

(iii) a subject of Nepal, or

(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or

(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

According your age you are not eligible for the NDA but according to your educational qualification you are eligible.
But there is a chance for you if you complete your graduation then you are eligible for the NDA exam.
So first complete your graduation then after apply for the NDA examination.

HI!
I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for N.D.A after passing 12th with science stream.
Because you are above 19 year.

As per the rule of U.P.S.C the candidate apply for N.D.A must be above 16.5 year and below 19 year.

If you want to join Defence then yo can apply after passing graduation with any stream.
After passing graduation you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.
C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

The age limit for C.D.S exam is 19-24 year.
