Can i appear for NDA after passing 12th standard with 1995 DOB?

Yeah, you are not eligible to apply for NDA examination because you are already crossed age limits framed by NDA examination. So, you are not eligible to apply for NDA examination. But, if you are completed graduation than definitely you are eligible to apply for CDS examination.

NDA Eligibility:

-You should have completed 10+2 pattern from a recognized School or equivalent qualification.
-Your age should be between 16.5 years and 19 years.

No, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear in NDA (National Defense Academy) Examination with the mentioned age criteria. Yes, as far as your age is concerned your age is more than what is required. The minimum age required to be eligible for NDA Examination is 16.5 years and the maximum age must not exceed 19 years. There is no age relaxation applicable even for reserved category SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen or PWD candidates. So candidates whose age is in the age limits 16.5 to 19 years only are eligible to give National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy Examination.

For NDA I 2015 (Age Criteria):

>> Candidate must not have been born before 2nd July 1996 and not later than 1st July 1999 in order to be eligible.

For NDA II 2015 (Age Criteria):

>> Candidates must not have been born before 2nd January 1997 and not later than 1st July, 2000 in order to be eligible.

As per new age criteria for NDA exam, you are not eligible for NDA 2015 exam.

NDA stands for National Defence Service exam. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings-Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army.

Candidates who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
