Dear Aspirant,

You are Wishing to join M.Tech in NIT after completing your B.Tech....

First of all a candidate have to complete their Graduation degree i.e., B.Tech with at least 60% or 6.0 CGPA from Recognized Universities.....

Then a candidate have to apply for GATE Examination GATE stands for Graduated Aptitude Test for Engineering conducted every year in second Sunday of Feb. Month......

All you have to do for getting admission in M.Tech in NIT is to score Good Marks in GATE and according to which you can get admission in Desired Universities.......

For taking admission in M.Tech Most important is to Score Good Marks in GATE Exam instead of B.Tech Percentage..........

hello friend..

since your aspiring for M.TECH, it requires you to score good in GATE exam..
rather than B.TECH.. to appear for gate you will need to score minimum of 60% overall. that is the eligibility..

but still i wish you to score good in B.TECH to keep your academics good as that will help you get a better placement after M.TECH...

A minimum of 60% marks in B.Tech is required to join M.Tech in NIT. GATE score is mandatory to take admissions. A centralized counseling process is conducted for admissions. Allotment of colleges is done during the process. Colleges are given according to candidate’s choice and GATE score.

I got 59.8% in Btech(general)...bt I qualified gate 2014 wit a gate score of 432...can I get admission in any NIT's ?
