There are various opportunity available for people who have completed B Tech and will get a better Package also.

The minimum Criteria and aggregate percentage require is directly set by the companies in campus interview .
Some company generally prefer 60% aggregate to take their campus interview.

If you are above 60 % you can take their interview will have to complete 4-5 rounds of interview and then only will you be hired.

Generally the package will be around 15k+ per month.

You can also update your resume in Monster,Shine, Times job etc for walk in interviews.

Pass in B.Tech is enough to find a job. In certain cases, percentage of marks obtained is also taken into account. MNC like TCS, Wipro, etc usually consider candidates with a consistent score of 60% marks. PSU considers candidates with 60-70% marks and valid GATE score. Salary package offered in private firms often starts at 15k. PSU offer salary around 20k (basic) at entry level itself.
