Is it required to do M.Tech to get job in High Profile Companies?
I am a student of btech EIE studying in banasthali university.
I wanted to ask that... If i go for job interviews after completion of my btech... why would a company offer me that job if they can get an mtech for the same... Is it required to do P.G. to get a job in "HIGH PROFILE COMPANIES" ????? Plz answer to my query.... Thanku.. |

As per the business policy and ethics, a company should not give same salary to a graduate and post graduate. The salary of post graduates are usually higher than graduates. Hence the companies are willing to recruit graduates instead of post graduates. It is not necessary to pursue M.Tech course to get a job in high profile companies. This is because there are ample openings for graduates in high profile companies for graduates.
