Since you haven't mentioned about the examination, its difficult to provide you authentic information but generally, a candidate , who has applied for any entrance examination through offline application mode, are also enabled to download the admit card online,once it is made available on the official website of the regulatory body conducting the examination.

Registration Number (Application Number).
