CA stands for Chartered Accountancy. There are three stages of this course. First stage of this course is Common Proficiency Test. This test is conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India twice every year in June and December. The eligibility criteria is that candidate can register for CPT exam after 10th board exams but they must do 12th in order to appear CPT examination.

No, it is not possible to appear for Common Proficiency Test without pursuing 10+2 from any recognized board. Candidate must do 10+2 then only he/she can apply for CPT examination.

The eligibility for Chartered Accountancy course is:

1. Candidate must do 12th from any board like CBSE, ICSE, NIOS etc. Then only, they can apply for Chartered Accountancy course.

Candidates from all streams are eligible for Common Proficiency Test.

Your friend's daughter can not apply for CPT without doing 12th, she must pursue 10+2 so as to apply for CPT.

You can not pursue Chartered Accountancy course after 10th standard. First of all you need to enroll yourself in this course.

*All streams candidates are eligible for CPT exam. You need to pursue 10+2 from any board in order to become eligible for this exam.

CA stands for Chartered Accountancy course.

No, your friend's daughter can not do CA course just after 10th board exams. For CA course, minimum academic qualification required is 10+2 for Common Proficiency test.

No, it is not possible to do CA without passing 12th standard. Because the very first stage of CA is CPT(common proficiency test). But for appearing in the CPT exam you must have to qualify your 12th standard from any well affiliated school. So it is not possible to do CA without 12th class.

Yeah you can register yourself for CA after completion of 10th standard by applying for Common Proficiency Course. But you still need to study and complete your +2 in order to write the CPT exam. The eligibility standard for CPT course is that candidate should have completed +2 from a recognized school board of education in order to attempt the test.

Then comes the IPC course which can be directly applied if you have completed graduation and then do a 3 years article ship to move forward to attend the CA Final exam to become a Chartered accountant.

There is no way you can become a CA by just having 10th qualification.

The minimum academic qualification required for CA course is 10+2 then only you can apply for CPT exam which is entrance level of CA course.

Your daughter must do 10+2 then only she can apply for CPT examination otherwise there is no option for here with 10+2.
