i wanted to know that is it possible to take credit transfer in 2nd year of b.com????
is credit has some low value compare to others having regular degree????
does it have less priority compared to the one who have no credit transfers?????

I have a Question....
I am a CA student from Rajasthan. Now i want to join my CA Articleship in Banglore(Karnataka) but m facing a problem related to my B.Com Final Year,which is also from Rajasthan University. Now i want to change my University from Rajasthan to Karnataka University(here for open/private exam).
plz tell me about the change of University of other state with condition of private exam....mail id- [email protected]
