Sir, can I transfer from one college to another college after 2nd year.....? both college principals are permitted

Free seat quota student not possible. Only management quota student possible. But chances r 10 to 20 percent only.

yes second year students transfer their college in same University within Private colleges.

yes, you can transfer one college to another college But both college are have to under same university, you have to take permission from college authority and also principal take the transfer before 2nd year registration for exam.

I obtained 196 marks in jee (arch) in2014 & 102 marks in NATA 2014, I am studying at Rani Rasmoni school of architechure, Manadighi, Durgapur, Burdwan ,W.B.in 6th sem. I want to shift any college of Karnataka or Rajasthan.
Please guide me , how I can transfer my studies.
