Well you can practice previous papers of IAS exam but, i would like to tell you that since this years pattern Includes an Aptitude test... thats why the name CSAT
i.e. civil services aptitude test.
you should also take a looks on other UPSC exam papers like CDS which have been conducted on aptitude test format... CSAT paper may have similarity to them
this is a sensible thing to do, there will be changes compared to previous papers.
Further CL/IMS /TIME etc.. which have traditionally excelled in Aptitude tests and preparation.
