My sister has passed 8th std 10yrs back.14yrs back she was diagnosed with Retinitis pigmentosa.So due to her dwindling vision and the school authorities she was made to leave school after I finished my SSC.I have heard that someone else can write the answers for her when she dictates.She is not trained in Braille & has a sharp memory.There is lower cut-off percent needed for qualification in such cases.Can you please give information about the procedure and whom to contact?

Some universities will provide for 10th completion in a private (distance mode ) mode. or that you need apply privately. For this you ave to submit Age proof , All your ID Proofs and application form.

In this way you can apply for SSC in a distance mode.
