Procedure to become a pilot after completion of engineering?
Sir/Madam, I have passed my 12th exam and now have passed engineering. I want all information about how to become pilot is there have any institution and where is it situated and fees? Can someone give me the answer soon on this?

As you have done engineering follow these steps to become pilot
Pilot in Indian Air force. >> Gain commercial pilot licence certificate by registering yourself in DGCA and qualifying exam. >> After pilot licence you need to sit in AFCAT exam qualifying which you are eligible for pilot training in Air force. *** You can also become pilot if you complete licence training program from these aviation academy. >> Delhi Flying Club Institute >> Livewel Academy >> Blue diamond aviation, Pune |

Eligibility criteria to become a Pilit are as under:-
Candidate must have passed Intermediate having Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects. Candidate age should be under 18 years to 30 years. Medical certificate as granted by AFCME, New Delhi or IAM Bangalore. Exams are held 6 times in a year. Written exam testing are:- Air Regulations Aviation Meteorology Air Navigation Technical Planning Some of the Flying Institutes are as under:- Indian Aviation Academy Rajiv Gandhi Academy for Aviation Technology Government Aviation Training Institute The Bombay Flying Club Aviation Training Institute, Kerala |

The eligibility criteria required to become a pilot are as under:-
The qualification required to become a pilot is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects. The candidate should have Commercial pilot's license, airline certifications. The candidate should have experience of 250 hours in flight Some key skills which are needed in a pilot are good depth perception, good communication and problem-solving skills,Quick reaction time. The technical skills required for a pilot are knowledge of on-board systems and ability to monitor them. |

yes, you can join air force after your graduation under graduate entry level scheme.Take a notice to following points:
1]Age limit 20-24 years of age. 2]Candidate can enter through AFCAT exam, it is conducted twice in year in month of December and June. 3]Graduation in any discipline with min 60% marks and have passed Mathematics and Physics as subject at 10+2 level OR B.E/ B.Tech from a recognized University with min 60%. 4]Indian nationality. 5]Candidate should be unmarried. |

Yes you can become a pilot in Indian airforce. For that you must apply for CDSE exam and pass it. After getting selected you will be given training in the airforce academy.
CDSE stands for Combined Defence Service exam. It is conducted twice in a year by the UPSC board. CDSE exam is conducted for selecting the candidates in Navy, Airforce, Military academy, Officer's training academy. While applying for the exam you must choose airforce. Eligibility for CDSE exam : 1. You must have completed graduation from a recognised university. 2. Your age must be in 19 - 25 years. The age limit for each academy is i. For Indian Military Academy is 19-24 years ii. For Air Force Academy it is 19-24 years iii. For Naval Academy the age limit is 19-24 years iv. For Officers’ Training Academy is 19-25 years 3. You must be unmarried. 4. All the male and female candidates can apply. The procedure for selection is 1. Written exam 2. Physical and medical test 3. Document verification |

To become pilot you require any level of pilot license like SPL, CPL, PPL. The eligibility, admission process, fee structure details are mentioned below.
Eligibility criteria: - The candidate should complete their 10+2 or equivalent education in physics, maths, chemistry with 50% from any recognised board. - The age limit to get license is 16 years and the upper age limit varies based on the airline companies. - The height required is 5.2"-6.2". This height may vary based in the airline companies and the weight should be proportional to the height. - The candidate should be physically & mentally fit. - The eye sight should be very clear. Admission process: - You need to join in any flying school and take training. - The duration of the course will be from 6 months 2 years. - After completing the training course you'll be conducted a entrance test based on your performance you'll be given license. The fee structure for the course including license fees is around INR 20 - 25 lakhs. Some banks provide educational loan upto 50%. There are many institutions that provide flying courses.
