You are not eligible to apply for the Indian Air force as a pilot after the 10th class. You have to be at least 10+2 pass with physics and maths if you want to join Indian Air force. You can apply for the Indian Air force as a pilot after the 10+2 through National defence academy examination. This examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. To apply for this examination you need the following eligibility criteria:

Education Qualification
For the NDA exam a candidate should be 10+2 pass and should have physics and maths if he is applying for the Indian Air force and Navy.
Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for this examination.

Age Limit
Candidate applying for the National defence academy examination should have age between 16.5 to 19 years.

For more information on NDA examination you can also visit at the below web site www.upsc.gov.in

No, you are not eligible for Pilot just after passing 12th class as the minimum qualification required for pilot training is a pass in 12th standard with an aggregate of 50% in Physics and Maths subjects. Aspirants above 17 years can apply for the training program. There are many aviation centers offering pilot training programs across India and abroad.

The selection of this course is done by the personal aptitude test conducted by the institute. The students who have qualified the aptitude test are only eligible for the commercial pilot course.

To become a pilot you have to acquire all three license
Student’s Pilot Licence (SPL),
Private Pilot Licence (PPL) or the Hobby Licence
Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).

You will have to clear the entrance test exam of the flying schools in India,And also need to clear the physical fitness.
