To apply for GATE Exam, you will have to visit: http://www.gate.iitr.ernet.in

After this, you will have to register yourself through Email id.

Then, login to your application form and fill your details using 'Edit Application form'.

Finally, pay your fees after verifying your application form.

Select your branch as Aeronautical engineering while filling form.

Syllabus for Aeronautical Engineering candidates is attached with this post.

Important Dates for GATE 2017:
  • Online Application starts: September 1, 2016 (Thursday)
  • Last Date for Submission of Online Application: October 4, 2016 (Tuesday)
  • Change of examination city through GOAPS login: before 16th November 2016.
  • Availability of Admit Card: 5th January, 2017
  • GATE 2017 Online Examination Commencement Date: Feb 4th, 5th, 11th, 12th Feb 2017
  • Forenoon: 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon
  • Afternoon: 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM (On Saturdays and Sundays only)
  • Results Declaration: March 27, 2017 (Monday)
