Girls are basically not eligible to join Indian Army on the basis of secondary as well as senior secondary qualification. Being a girl candidate, you must complete your bachelors degree program in any stream and after that, you may apply for combined defense service examination, conducted by union public service commission.
By qualifying the exam, you will be eligible to join Officers Training Academy, where you will be given necessary training to join Indian Army as an Officer.
So, if you have a keen interest in joining Indian Army, you must complete your higher studies and become a graduate, in order to be eligible for Indian Army.
