Hello Sir/Madam, I am an Electronics and Communication Engineer. But still I am working as a Technician. I would like to work in Ship. So, please tell me what is the procedure to join CDC? Please tell me about the procedure asap.

Those who have completed a recognised training course for deck, engine or saloon have and have also completed all necessary STCW courses for rank.

The whole process is done by speed post , thus there is no need to visit the office.
