How to pay the fees for AIEEE online submission of form?

The fees can be paid either through a demand draft or through credit card.

After you have applied through online for AIEEE exam you have to follow the steps for payment of fee.

You can pay the fees either through DD or through Credit Card.

Procedure for paying through DD.

After filling the online application form a registration number will be displayed.
Fill out the details of the DD
Take a print out of the page

Procedure for paying through credit card

After filling the form note down the registration number
proceed to the checkout page and pay through Credit Card
Take the print out of the page

after that you have 2 options
either you can pay by Demand Draft or through Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard)

• Make the payment through Credit Card and note down the payment receipt number, after successful payment of fee.

You must pay online registration fees by sending DD to the given adress at their site .But the dates of filling form online or offline are expired.You will have to wait for the next year.

For paying the fees first you have to register yourself in www.aieee.nic.in and fill the required blanks..

After that you are required to take a print out of the form completed and send it to the AIEEE office through a demand draft from any bank.

you can pay fees for online submission of AIEEE form by Debit/Visa card of syndicate bank.
or make a demand draft which is payable to AIEEE by the bank.
this demand draft is attached with the application form and send it to AIEEE office,Delhi.

While filling the form on line DD No is to be mentioned in the form otherwise form can not be submitted. So before that DD is to be made.

After submitting the form on line take the print of filled form and send it along with the DD to the correct address.

My son has to fill the aieee 2011 form but he has not submittted it.Is there any procedure for late submission?

Keep the details of Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard) ready.
Logon to the AIEEE website, fill the application form, note down the registration number which would be generated by system that is required for making the payment of fee.
Make the payment through Credit Card and note down the payment receipt number, after successful payment of fee.
Take a printout of Confirmation Page and complete as per the instruction given below.
Note : Bank will charge 2% service/processing charges and service tax as applicable on transaction made by Credit card.


Candidates submitting applications online for Offline (pen-paper mode) Examination are required
to attach Demand Draft of required fee (In favour of “Secretary Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi”, payable at Delhi).
to mention his/her Registration No., Name, and Address on the back of the Demand Draft .
to retain a photocopy of confirmation page for future reference.
to retain a photocopy of the Demand Draft sent.
to retain a photocopy of the transaction receipt if fee paid by Credit Card.
to retain the original receipt issued by the post office for having dispatch the Application Form.
the processing of applications will begin only after receiving confirmation page and fee (by Credit Card or by Demand Draft).

Here i am first of all tiat this method was adopted in aieee 2011 and it is not compulsory that it will remain same for aieee 2012. So student applying during the exam form filling gets updated through important instruction issued by aieee. Aieee 2012 notification comes in dec.exam date for offline is 29 apr 2012 and for online exam conducted between 7 to 20 may 2012.wait for notification. In aieee 2011 two option through DD or through credit card.

can i submit the confirmation form after the deadline of 5th January 2012 , though the on lone registration and payment have already been done within the deadline of 31st Dec 2011? Is there any Late Fee as in AIPMT?

The online submission of particulars may be made at website www.aieee.nic.in. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Confirmation page with Registration No. shall be generated. Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation page and paste photographs, put left hand thumb impression, sign in the space earmarked for the purpose and write down the Residential Address. The confirmation Page is to be sent by Registered/Speed Post to CBSE (NOT BY COURIER) to " The Joint Secretary (AIEEE Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, IP Extension,Patparganj, Delhi 110 092" along with original Demand Draft (if fee paid by Demand Draft) for further processing so as to reach latest by 05.01.2012 . Application received beyond this date will not be accepted
