Pls tell me the process of conducting the on campus placement in the institute for B.tech students

campus placement is conducted in college campus when companies are invited by the college management.

generally the process of conducting on campus in any institution for B.Tech students is first any person from the institution conduct with the company person. may be he/she is the principle of the institution or may be the training and placement officer or any faculty members or anyone. then if company is agree to conduct on campus in the institution then company and training placement officer fixed a date and received a written notice. in some company there is a procedure that any training and placement officer of any institution may request the company for arranging on campus through email. if they are interested then they contact with the training and placement officer. this is the general procedure for conducting on campus.

but the procedure to recruit candidates vary from company to company. but the general procedure is
1. Written test
2. Technical interview
3. HR interview.

but before appearing in the written test you must be eligible for the job. you have to fulfill the job criterion. after written test there may be group discussion for any company. for some leading company written test is conducted through online. these are the basics steps for recruiting students through on campus in an institution.
