Since you haven't mentioned the name of the university you are willing to pursue Bachelor of education from, its not possible to provide you the proper web address or contact details of the university to obtain the prospectus along with the application form for admission.

In such case, you may follow any of the two steps:
Either you post your query again along with the name of the university, or,

Refer to the official website of the particular university, you have selected for pursuing Bachelor of Education. If the application forms are available online, you will find a link on the website to download the same. If their is no such link provided by the university on its website, you may contact the university officials by obtaining the contact detail from the website.
