Hello friend,
A police officer with three stars is designated as Assistant commissioner of Police and to be one of them, you will need to crack civil service examination.
This examination is conducted by the union public service commission every year.
To be eligible, you must be a graduate in any discipline.
The minimum eligible age is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years.

The civil service examination is considered to be one of the toughest examination in India and qualifying it needs lot of dedication and intelligence.
The examination is divided into three stages including two written examination and an interview.
