YOU ARE DAMN ELIGIBLE DUDE... The full form of TET is "Teacher Eligibility Test". As this exam ise test is also called State-level teacher Eligibility Test(STET). It is a competitive exam . ###ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : ##educational + age (or validity) : B.Ed is a must to appear in the TET or STET. But the notable point is that the validity of the qualifying certificate B.Ed that is-- B.Ed will be decided by the State Govt/Union Territory govt or Central Govt organization. The certificate cannot be more than 7 years old.or we can say that you are eligible till you have not complete 7 years after B.ED, after that, you are not eligible for TET. ##IMPORTANT DATES : Apply Online from 8 April 2012 (8-4-2012) Sale of CTET Bulletin and Application Form – 20 April 2012 to 10 May 2012 Last date for submission of application form – 15 May 2012 (both online and offline) Date of Exam: 26 June 2011 (26-6-2012) – 1. Teacher Eligibility Test TET exam conducted at state level by state boards. Candidates should be graduate from recognise university and must have B.Ed degree.There is no upper age limit. There is no limit for attempts. Candidates have to score minimum 60 percent in the test to qualify for teaching jobs. Exam pattern- There are two papers with objective questions. Each paper consist of 150 questions.These papers are- 1. Paper I: If you who want to become teachers for classes I-V. 2. Paper II: If you want to teach classes between VI and VIII. 3. Paper I and II: For those interested in teaching from Class I to VIII will have to appear and qualify in both the papers. Syllabus for TET exam: There are five subjects in Paper I. Each subject are 30 objective multiple choice type questions.timing is one and half hours. 1. Child development and pedagogy 2. Language I 3. Language II 4. Mathematics 5. Environmental studies |

TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test . TET will be a compulsory and essential requirement for securing a teaching job in all types of schools.Every state conduct their own entrance exam . Some of the state recruit the candidate through B.Ed degree . So You must have a valid degree for B.Ed course. The certificate can not be more than 7 years old. There will be 2 papers with objective multiple choice questions. Each paper will consist of 150 questions. These papers are intended for different levels of teaching as described below. There is no upper age limit to apply for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Paper I: For those want to become teachers for classes I-V. Paper II: For those want to teach classes between VI and VIII. Dear Friend,
TET Stands for Teachers Eligibility Test. All the state governments conduct this test in order to recruit teachers. There is no any specific age criteria for this test. Note : In Bihar , The Maximum age upto which you can apply for this test is 60 years. Educational Qualifications Required : You must have passed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university with a minimum of 60% marks. TET Stands for Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility: Candidate should be Indian. Candidate should pass the Graduation. And the B.Ed completed candidates are eligible to write the TET Exam. There is no upper age for the candidate. All the best............ |
