What is the age/qualification limit to attend DRDO exam?

For DRDO exam Criteria is :-

*Candidate pass graduation

*Age- 21 to 30 years
*Career 60% through out career(10th,12th,graduation)

DRDO is a Entry for Scientist and Research, Only Few Branches are Eliigble.

They are Electronics and telecommunication, Mechanical , Computer Science , Electrical and Checmical Engineering from a Recognized University.

Only students who has Secured 60% in their B.E/B.Tech are Eligible, those who have 10 point system, they must have 6.75 CGPA.

Age Limits:-
Must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, 20XX(year of Exam)


Age is Relaxed for SC/ST upto 5 years, For OBC 3 years and again 5 years for PH candidates.

I m doing my graduation(B.Sc.) from computer science course i have physics also as my main subject...got 70% n above marks in al sem. I wil do m.sc. Also From physics only. M I eligible to give DRDO exam from physics...?? Plz tel in detail

I m doing my B.Sc in physics(hons)and i got 90.32%.I will do M.Sc in applied physics .can i apply for DRDO.......?.please tell me.

Eligibility for drdo exam:-
Candidates who have atleast first class bachelor's degree in engineering
and technology in Computer Science / Electronics and communication engineering / Mechanical
engineering / Chemical Engineering / Electrical engineering / from any recognized university
or organization .
***Age Relaxation Limit***
Maximum age relaxation in upper age limit will be as under:
1.Upto 3 years in case of OBC candidates
2. upto 5 years age relaxation in case of SC/ST candidates.
3.Upto 05 years for PH persons(10 years for SC/ST and 08 years for OBC candidates.)

DRDO Eligibility Creteria

for the DRDo job you should have degree in ECE, MEC, CSE, CHEMistry ENGG, or EEE

and the percentage required in the Degree is 60%

Age limit minimum is 20 and MAX is 30

and also observe

i) Upto 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates

ii) Upto 03 years in case of OBC candidates

iii) Upto 05 years for Physically Handicapped Persons (10 years for SC/ST and
08 years for OBC candidates) in identified disciplines even if no posts are
reserved for them in these areas.

iv) In case of Ex-serviceman, services rendered in the armed forces plus 3 years

I am an army officer now. My qualification is Btech in Information technology. I want to join DRDO after five years as a scientist. At present , my age is 25. Will it be possible? Kindly help me
