For this you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.

C.D.S is Combine Defence Services.

can i applied for OTA, I am Graduate in Arts also have NCC"C" With "B" grade.
But in graduation marks are only 48.7 %. In recent upsc notice just mentioned that graduation required form a recognized university to apply for OTA, But at joinindianarmy.nic.in siteit is mentioned that 50 % marks needed for NCC candidates while applying for OTA.

The Acronym "OTA" stands for Officer`s Training Academy. It is one of the wings of Indian Defense Academy.

The Combined Defense Services Examination provides the opportunity to join this wing along with the below mentioned wing :

The Union Public Service Commission conducts the Combined Defense services examination every year twice as CDS-I and CDS-II.
