QUALIFICATION FOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

Now the maximum no of college provide computer science department.Every state conduct their own entrance exam for recruiting the candidate.

Some of the state want graduation degree with B.Ed course.Age limit is vary from state by state.

Those candidate have completed graduation degree with below specialization are applicable for the post of teacher in computer science department.

• BCA
• B.SC (IT,CS)
• B-TECH
• MCA
• M-TECH
• M.SC(IT , CS)

There is no specific criteria but if you have 1 st class from 10th to masters degree then you have some advantage compare to others.

Is it compulsory to have Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Education & Training Degree? Or MCA degree is enough to be a school computer teacher?

I am M.COM. Also I have completed D.C.P.(Diploma in computer programming). Is this qualification sufficient for a computer teacher at school level?

I am H.S.C. & I am working in private sector as a Data Entry Operator. But I am interested in Computer Teacher at Primary/Junior level. So can I do such type of course for which fees amount is low & learn at the minimum period OR Can I apply directly at any school/institute which will provide training for the same.

I m graduate,i have done hardware & networking course and MSCIT also..but i m interested in computer teaching job in school..so what other courses i have to do for this job..

answer -
you can go for BCC basic computer course in which u have to pay 15k n d duration is 10 months in which u will be covering 4 topics of different field i.e.web programming,tally,DTP and graphic with all the basic knowledge related to computer and few aspects of internet.
and if u pay 1500 more in d same course u will also be able to complete ur MS cit in this.
n also u will be getting a test of basic mcq related to word n if u pass that then u will be getting a certififcate of masters in word excel power point i.e. MS office
this is enough for any primary and secondary school computer teacher
i had told u the fees structure abt Mumbai bhandup d fees structure may differ according to d area
