Give Coaching from outside like from Distance coaching or Coaching in near by place in Aakash Institute or Brilliant's tutorial or RSS coaching.

after 10th just join him to Sri Chaitanya for Regular + Coaching again.

after these above procedure he will definitely get very Good Rank. But One thing keep in your Mind don't ever try to demoralize or pressurize your son to study hard.

Now he's too short to sharp his mind towards his goal. Just calm your self in such kind of cases.
