Second year B.Sc drop out in 1990 is eligible to join 3rd year in 2018?
I has left my studies in 1990(S.Y.B.Sc.). Now I want to pursue my graduation but in Arts. Is there a way, that I secure admissions in 3rd year Arts and complete my graduation from any college or university?

Sorry, to say that it is not possible to get admission in third year graduation in Arts course, if you have left second year B.Sc. course in 1990. For every course, there will be minimum and maximum duration to complete and obtain the degree certificate. The minimum duration of B.Sc. course is three years and the maximum duration is six years. So, the maximum duration of B.Sc. course for you to complete the course is already completed and you have to fresh admission in first year of Arts graduation course.
